1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

• Contact details — name, email address, and phone/WhatsApp number, when you check out or join our email list.
• Order details — the product purchased, price paid, order reference, and order status.
• Payment information — we never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, or bank credentials. All payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We only receive a payment confirmation and a transaction ID.
• Technical data — basic analytics such as pages visited and referring links, used to understand how the store is used.

3. How we use your information

• To process your order, verify payment, and deliver your digital product instantly by email/download link.
• To provide customer support and respond to queries (including via WhatsApp, where you contact us there).
• To send you marketing emails and product updates, if you've joined our email list — you can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email, or by emailing us.
• To improve the store through aggregate, anonymised analytics.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

4. The email list

When you enter your email at checkout or through our footer sign-up form, you're added to our email list. You'll receive order-related emails and, unless you opt out, occasional product updates and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email hello@magneplexstore.com and we'll remove you.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the store:

• Razorpay — to process payments (UPI, cards, netbanking).
• Email/delivery service — to send order confirmations, download links, and (if you've opted in) marketing emails.

These providers only receive the information they need to perform their service and are bound to keep it confidential. We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect against fraud.

6. Data retention

We retain order and transaction records for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal compliance (typically up to 8 years as required under Indian law), and email-list data until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

7. Your rights

You may write to hello@magneplexstore.com at any time to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Ask us to delete your personal data, subject to our legal obligation to retain order/tax records.
• Opt out of marketing communications.

We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access-controlled admin systems, and token-gated download links — to protect your information. Payment card and UPI data is handled entirely by Razorpay's secure, PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure and never touches our servers.

9. Cookies

We use minimal cookies/session tokens required for the site to function (for example, keeping an admin logged in). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

10. Children's privacy

Our products and services are intended for adults capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
