1. Nature of our products

Every product sold on MagnePlex Store is a digital, downloadable good — for example, AI prompt packs, templates, or ebooks. Nothing physical is shipped. Upon successful payment, you receive a download link delivered instantly by email and on the order confirmation page.

2. License to use — not a resale right

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use that product for your own personal or internal business use. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or upload the product (or any part of it) to other people, marketplaces, file-sharing sites, or public repositories.
• Claim authorship of the content or represent it as your own original creation for resale.
• Use the product to create a directly competing product for resale.

All content, prompts, templates, and files remain the intellectual property of MagnePlex Store. Purchasing a product gives you a license to use it — it does not transfer ownership or copyright.

3. Pricing and payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, supporting UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. We do not store your card or UPI credentials.
• An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully verified.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly after payment is confirmed — via an on-screen download link and a follow-up email. Download links remain valid for 7 days from the date of purchase; if yours has expired, contact hello@magneplexstore.com with your order reference and we'll re-issue it.

5. No income or results guarantee

Our prompt packs and templates are tools designed to save you time and produce usable, professional output. However, we do not guarantee any specific income, results, engagement, hiring outcome, or business outcome from using our products. Any examples, sample outputs, screenshots, or testimonials shown on this site are illustrative of what the product can produce and are not a promise of identical results for every buyer — results depend on factors outside our control, including how the product is used, the AI tool it's run on, and your individual context.

6. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the site or products for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' orders, or admin areas.
• Share, pirate, or redistribute purchased content in violation of Section 2.
• Submit false or fraudulent payment information.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or revoke access to products in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All product content, site design, logos, and copy are owned by MagnePlex Store unless otherwise credited. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you except the limited license described in Section 2.

8. Limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, MagnePlex Store is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, legal requirements, or business practices. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
